Ring Roller

This is it - my ring roller. I basically copied a few designs on the Internet, but with some changes.

The idea is that you put the piece you want to bend between the top and bottom rollers, which are really roller bearings. Then you tighten the nuts until the piece just starts bending and turn the crank to feed the piece through the rollers. The bend you started with is rolled throughout the piece, causing a uniform arc. If it's not enough, you tighten some more, roll back, and repeat until you have the curve you want.

My "improvement" is that I used two screws to both tighten and guide the top section down. Most designs have one screw and something else, like two rods, to guide. I wanted to keep it simple. The side effect is that tightening just one screw gives a tiny bit more gradual bending, as it "rocks" the top piece. I'm not sure that's a needed benefit.
